Q. How much can I earn?
A. Each valid referral earns you 50 gDollars, good for any service from gFACTOR and gTECHserv. Plus, as a bonus, when the referral becomes a Service Agreement client at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold level with gTECHserv, you will receive 250 gDollars! gDollars are not redeemable for cash.

Q. What makes a referral valid?
In order for a referral to be valid, referrals must include the name and direct contact information of a business decision maker at a business within gTECHserv's service area. The referring client grants gTECHserv permission to use their name when contacting the referral. gTECHserv understands the integrity and value of business relationships and will respect the privacy and time of all referred persons.

Q. How many referrals can I submit?
A. You can enter up to 5 referrals per month.

Q. When will I receive my gDollars?
A. When the referral has been verified, you will receive an email with a printable voucher for fifty gDollars.

Q. How do I redeem gDollars?
A. When you receive an invoice from gTECHserv that you wish to redeem your vouchers on, simply deduct $50 per voucher from the invoice total and include the voucher(s) with your payment. You may redeem up to 5 vouchers per month. Silver and Gold SLA clients may redeem up to 5 vouchers per month toward their monthly SLA fees. Bronze clients who wish to use gDollars towards their annual SLA fee may save their vouchers and redeem up to 20 of them towards the next year's SLA fees.

Q. Will my gDollars ever expire?
A. The vouchers are good for one year from their date of issue. All redeemed vouchers must be within their expiry dates.
